Information we collect

If you choose to send an inquiry, we collect the name, email address, inquiry category, artist (if selected), and message that you provide. We use this information only to review and respond to your inquiry. We do not use this form to enroll you in marketing emails. For spam prevention, a temporary hashed network-address identifier may be stored for about two minutes.

Where messages go

Submitted inquiries are stored in a private Cloudflare KV inbox, accessible to an authorized EMG administrator. The contact form does not send an automatic email notification. EMG reviews new inquiries in its private inbox and can reply through an email app.

Retention and security

Inquiries automatically expire from the inbox after approximately 180 days, unless EMG deletes them sooner. Operational, access, and security logs may be retained separately by Cloudflare under its policies. Avoid sending passwords, payment card information, or other sensitive information through this form.

Some music links lead to third-party services such as Spotify. Those services operate their own privacy policies. This site may load Google Fonts if your browser allows them.

For questions or requests to delete an inquiry, contact Elevated Music Group using the website inquiry form. Include enough details to identify the message without submitting sensitive information.
